Please note that the latest updates to Safari & Firefox, as well as the latest update to Java on Mac OS X 10.6 & above have been known to cause unexpected behavior with the file upload system. If you are on a Mac and you are experiencing trouble uploading your files, use the following links to troubleshoot. If the problem persists, contact your Technical Representative at nuckd@caseyprinting.com.

Mac OS X 10.6 Safari Users: Open Safari in 32 bit mode.

Mac OS X 10.6 Firefox 4+ Users: Open Firefox in 32 bit mode.

Mac OS X 10.6 Java 10.6.x Users: Set Java Preferences to default in 32 bit mode.

Adobe PDF Presets for InDesign

The Casey Printing direct-to-plate workflow supports all standard applications in Mac and PC environments. If you need help making PDF files in either the Quark or In-Design programs, links to handy guides for those procedures appear below.

To use these presets in InDesign, Choose File / Adobe PDF Presets / Define. In the dialogue box click "Load" and navigate to the file Casey Printing.joboptions and click "Open"

Please be sure all items that are to bleed extend beyond the page edge by at least 1/8", preferably 1/4".
